Стоило бы заменить посуду для готовки, она явно давно отжила своё, мне нехватало микроволновки. Неприятным сюрпризом стал залог, о котором мы узнали за пару часов до получения ключей от квартиры в размере более 70 % от суммы аренды. Такие вещи обязательно нужно указывать в описании заранее. Не все планируют поездку с большим запасом денег, а для кого-то такие апартаменты могут стать главной «достопримечательностью» Гданьска — в негативном смысле.

I liked the location of the apartment

I was disappointed that some areas of the apartment were dirty upon check-in. In particular, the shower cabin was dirty when we arrived. The wardrobe in the room was also damaged, and its back panel was poorly secured. There were several maintenance issues throughout the apartment. The electrical outlet was loose, the kitchen faucet handle was damaged, and the bathroom sink was also damaged. Some walls were dirty and had numerous signs of damage. There were also visible paint marks and damage around the window. The refrigerator door was broken and not properly attached to the cabinet front. The broom provided in the apartment was bent out of shape and difficult to use. In addition, the bed creaked significantly, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. Another issue concerned waste disposal. I was not provided with the access code for the trash bins. I contacted the manager, who initially explained that the code for the building entrance should also work for the trash area. However, that code did not work. I informed the manager about the problem, but the correct code was never provided in the response. As a result, I was unable to dispose of my garbage during my six-day stay. By the fourth day, the trash had started to decompose and produce an unpleasant odor inside the apartment. I explained that this situation was unacceptable, as guests should be able to dispose of their waste properly during their stay. Despite my repeated messages, I never received the correct access code for the trash bins. After we checked in, I noticed a number of issues and informed the host about them. They sent their employee, Andrzej, to address these problems. The side table next to the sofa was also unstable and poorly secured, but it was repaired. The handle of the faucet was loose and could not be fixed. The electrical outlet was also poorly secured and was not repaired either. The door handle in the bathroom was loose as well, but that issue was fixed.
