I didn't understand why they need to take a picture of my credit card for guarantee ?? Room has been paid for but for other incidents I can understand. They can have my card number but not take a picture of it. Anyone could use my card given all the details taken. I'm not at ease with this approach. I even asked another guest staying there & was told that only card number was taken but no pictures taken. I'm not happy with this method at all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities have the basics of what you need. However we if you are a digital nomad or require steady internet, I wouldn't recommend it. I couldn't keep a stable connection on any of their networks more than about 90 seconds, no matter where I went in the building.

Check in late hour is difficult
Reception is not open after 5 p.m
Open from 10 a.m - 5 p.m
Freezing cold inside, window open in the kitchen because of spanish solutions with cable to washing machine outside of the window
Raining inn from flat roof in the stairways and common areas
The flat roof has mosaik glass
In first floor there are several toilets and shower rooms
The biggest with both toilet and shower, the handle, missing screws both outside and inside of the door. Looks old with water damage in the bottom of the door
Ventilasjon fan was dirty and bad function
In my bedroom the aircon did'nt work very well
One of the staff reguleted it to 29
Still freezing, i told them, they needed service
Two days before I left, five couples or more arrived at 22 p.m
Most of them had challenges with key box and tlf support
Two of the couples gived up the another and went to find another hotel
