The house, while built in the 1800’s, was very roomy and airy. Great location …. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee and food store. Lisa the host was very attentive and gave some great restaurant recommendations.

What a beautiful home and generous host who picked up some basic groceries to get us started. She met us and oriented us to everything in the home. It is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and just lovely to spend time in with friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lisa's property and will recommend it to others heartily. Great stay in Great location! Walking distance to pubs/restaurants and very close to many hikes in Glendalough National Park.

Lisa, the owner, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From greeting us to giving us a tour of her beautiful house with the most comfortable beds and sumptuous Egyptian cotton bed linen! Every room had hotel-quality beds to sink into, and the bathrooms were so spacious and luxurious, complete with brilliant white cotton towels. We enjoyed watching movies in the huge cinema room with ample seating! The kitchen was equipped excellently, complete with an AGA, which we had great pleasure cooking on! The conservatory and bar were the icing on the cake, and the twinkly lights added to the beautiful experience. We are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Lisa, for a lovely family holiday in your beautiful home.

The house was absolutely fabulous in every. Perfect for a family get together. The rooms were cosy and very comfortable with plenty of space for quietly relaxing and reading a book alone or getting together with others. Lisa was the perfect host. She was friendly and enthusiastic and went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location of the house couldn't have been better. A stones throw from the hotel bars and restaurants and a short stroll to Glendalough
