Jeżeli chodzi o minusy to niestety ale -Lokalizacja ( ogródek pizzerii pod oknem i wejściem co wpływa na komfort i poczucie braku prywatności) -Wszystkie parkingi w okół płatne ( do lokalu nie ma darmowego miejsca) -Woda ( slabe ciśnienie wody, bardzo dlugie oczekiwanie na letnią/ciepłą wode) -Brak informacji gdzie wyrzucać smieci po pobycie
