The room was spacious, clean and neatly decorated.
Support from the host could have been better regarding certain challenges we faced during our stay. For example, the wifi and the cooler stopped working & the TV wasn't operational from the beginning. It was really inconvenient for us without the Wifi & also it was extremely hot without the cooler so we had a lot of trouble sleeping. Upon requesting the host to help with these issues, no help was unfortunately provided. The reply was very curt & they did not seem to even acknowledge. Hence, the experience of our stay was not so good overall.
