サービスはきめ細かく、素晴らしいです。 朝早く出かける時には朝食を食べられなかったのですが、特別にお弁当を作ってくれました。 また、フェリーのチケット購入についても手厚くサポートしてくれました。 設備や環境も最高で、大変気持ちよく過ごせました。

ほとんどないです。部屋の番号が分かりづらかったのと、扉の建て付けに少し歪みが出てきていたようでした。

The garden

We booked a stay at Ijen Estate Resort and Villas because it looked like the best option compared to many other places we checked. After reading a lot of positive reviews, we were really excited to stay here. Unfortunately, it turned out to be less perfect than expected. The curtains were very difficult to close properly because there was no normal rail system. There were also gaps in the villa, which allowed many mosquitoes and other insects to come inside, and there was no mosquito net to protect you while sleeping. The bathroom also felt quite primitive to us. There was no air conditioning, and because of the transparent roof it became extremely hot in the small space during the day. The sink faucet was loose, and the bathroom tiles looked dirty and worn out. Overall, the stay did not match the photos we had seen online. We originally booked 3 nights, but after explaining our concerns to the reception, a technical staff member came to fix the curtains. He spent around 45 minutes just trying to get them closed properly, which honestly did not seem normal. In the end, we received a refund for the remaining 2 nights and decided to leave early. If you are climbing Mount Ijen and only staying for 1 night, this place is probably fine. But if, like us, you also expect a certain level of basic comfort and things simply functioning properly, this may not fully meet your expectations. That being said, the staff was very kind, and the garden and swimming pool area were beautiful.
