Platino Aparment @ Paradigm Mall

Location was excellent beside the mall - there is something magical about being able to reach your room sofa to binge on Netflix immediately after collecting your boost juice from the stall in 4 minutes flat. Sauna in the condo was pretty decent, although the pool toilet wasn't working when I was there, shower was still working. Room was nicely decorated, toilet and shower not luxurious, but everything working as it should, so no complaints from me. Tap water had filtration sytem installed. I didn't use kitchen to cook anything, but seemed fully equipped. Big fridge (but small freezer compartment). TV had free Netflix account.

1. I have sensitive nose, so was a bit upset to come to a musty room when I first arrived. Most of the furniture was made with upholstery, so it wasn't the best conditions for dust mite growth, and the cushions and sofa were a bit scratchy and made my skin itchy initially. However, after the first night, the air got better, and to my surprise there were no issues with allergy despite the abundance of cotton upholstery. Recommend owner throw away the musty bedroom cupboard and change to open air type clothes hanging. 2. TV could be more modern and bigger. 3. Gym in condo 24h and funtional but quite bad, maximum 10kg weights. they have a lot of space but little and aging equipment. 4. Low floor so not the best view.

Place was clean. Really a stone throw from the mall. Staff was really attentive to service recovery. Check in instructions were clear except for the bit where we had to take Lift A2 instead of Lift A1.

The batteries for the Aircon remote was completely drained and the shower head was broken. Prior to checkout the staff assured that it would be fixed for the next tenant with a photo of the new showerhead and batteries.

Minor upkeep of d toilet fitments

One of my favourite apartment. The host was kind and friendly. Clean house and has everything we need. Just few steps to Paradigm Mall.
