Appartement très bien équipé (sèche linge et lave-vaisselle inclus).

La nuit il y a pas mal de bruit (bruit de personnes / musique). Nous avons passés 3 nuits en famille et difficile de s’endormir avant 1h du matin. C’est dû au quartier je pense.

Well equipped appartment, close to the airport, close to metro. A large shopping mall nearby. Parking on the street, sometimes you need to park in a parallel street as the main one where the entrance is tends to be full of parked cars. The area is safe but the house itself is a bit older and shabby from outside. Easy pickup of the key from a keylock.

Локація ідеальна для того щоб гуляти містом. Метро в 50 метрах. Паркуватись можна будь де. Таксі коштує копійки у будь-якому напрямку. Сам будинок дуже простий, як і район, нагадує гуртожитки, проте внутрішня комплектація і стан квартири на відмінно! Ми були дуже задоволені! Кондіціонер рятував нас у цю спеку, місця було достатньо щоб відсвяткувати день народження дитини та запросити друзів, накрити великий стіл. Моє єдине зауваження - у наші сучасні часи дуже не вистачає якогось столу для роботи. Працювати доводилось на кроваті, зігнувшись над ноутбуком.

Зауважень нема. Все було чудово!

The location is not near the city centre but it is just a 3min walk to the metro and bus station. It is easy to access. 2 metro stops to a big shopping centre. Clean and enough space for a group of 4 people.

The host informed us just one day in advance that the air-con was broken. Even the host offered me the option to cancel and receive a refund, but it was impossible for me to find alternative accommodation at the same budget on such short notice. Disappointed on no discount / partial refund for the air-con was broken. The pillow is too flat, and the mattress is a bit hard. No air-con inside the bedrooms and it is just 1 in the living/dining room.
