Great little house, excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay. The wifi, washer, dryer were all very good. Would definitely come back! Lovely beds and bedding. Perfect spot for Malibu on a budget.

This stay was amazing and I would definately book the house again. The location is easy to find, very quiet, and private. Parking near the house was easy, the check-in was smooth and easy, and the house was nice with comfortable beds. 2 of the bedrooms have a dropdown that would be difficult for anyone with mobility challenges, but the primary room would work well for someone with those issues. The home and appliances are a bit older, but nicely equipped with everything you need and great a/c. It's an amazing value for staying in the Malibu area. The best part of my stay were the fantastic hosts with some of the best communication I've had in my numerous bookings. We had one day when a fuse blew and they were very quick to respond and fix the issue. I also forgot a bag at the property during our early check-out and the host was fantastic at communicating so that I could come back and retrieve it.

There weren't any major issues, but the shower in the second bedroom could use updating. It still works well, but it's tricky to figure out and very cramped, even for a petite, short person like myself. Overall, it wasn't a big deal and I would still stay here again.
