Location is very good, 100 m from a beautiful sea and very close to some excellent fish restaurants. The house has a beautiful garden that is well maintained and where we spent a lot of hours during our evenings. There is an outside shower. Kitchen is well equiped and in general the whole villa is well equiped.
The villa needs some maintenance work, especially the toilets. One has no shower curtain while the second one has a curtain that is shorter than it should be and all the water goes down on the floor and reaches the washing machine. There is only one AC for the whole villa and at night it was difficult for those of us sleeping in the basement to get some fresh air. Get ready for an invasion of mosquitos inside and outside the villa.
