Вдале розташування - до 10 хв прогулянковим кроком до площі Ринок, в одному будинку мінімаркет і кафе. Дворівнева квартира із сучасним дизайном. Ефектне освітлення, яке підкреслює елементи інтер'єру. Цікавий досвід проживання в старовинній забудові Львова. Квартира обладнана усім необхідним: wi-fi, шафа, дошка для прасування і праска; пральна машинка, сушарка для білизни, холодильник, плита, чайник, телевізор. Достатній набір посуду. 2 санвузли із душовими кабінами.
Дещо шумно з вулиці до пізньої години, були влітку в спеку, і вікна не закрити - були з дитиною, заснути було важкувато. Запах вогкості із напівпідвальної кімнати - хоча стараються вирішити питання і працює осушувач. Сидіння унітазу в нижній кімнаті невдало закріплене і хитке, самостійно докрутити не вдалося. Попри невелике віконечко у нижній кімнаті - хотілося б більшої приватності - з вулиці заглядають, особливо ввечері, коли на дворі темно, а всередині вмикаєш світло, рулонна штора чи матове скло вирішили б дискомфорт.

Дизайн квартири, розташування ідеальне, комунікація з персоналом на високому рівні.
Перший рівень квартири - в підвальному приміщенні, де присутній запах цвилі та вологості. Хоча власники намагаються з цим боротись: є осушувач повітря.
