La vista, buena ubicacion y contaba con lo basico para una estadía corta. Secador en el baño, cocina bien equipada, microondas, cocinilla de camping, tostador, hervidor. Calefactor, frazadas y cobertor. El agua caliente salía bien.
Para mejorar: Tenia una gotera en el pasillo por lo que hubo que usar el basurero como valde, el control remoto no funcionaba y la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina no estaban bien lavados. Hubo que lavar todo antes de usar. El baño necesita un mantenimiento y renovacion porque se notaba su uso. La idea es llegar a un lugar donde este todo lo mas pulcro posible.

La ubicacion, adecuada para lo que viaje a Puerto Varas, previamente, habia visto la ubicacion en el mapa.
Fallo temporalmente la Tv.

Las camas; agua bien caliente. No hubo problema prolongar la estadía.
Faltaron sillas cómodas. No sabíamos que tuvimos que subir una escslera incomoda.
