The caretaker/staff/doorman(?) new exactly who I was when I arrived and processed my check-in so fast.
Room was clean. You could request for daily housekeeping if you wanted to. I didn’t try the washing machines available in the next apartment. Quiet residential area tucked not too far in from the main road. Walkable to Lat Phrao MRT stations Blue and Yellow lines. 7eleven nearby.
This is not a tourist area tho. So depends on what you need for your trip, this could or could not work for you.

I read a bunch of reviews, as we do, hundreds of options between all the platforms, and was pretty happy with the accuracy.
Price wise, value - it literally is a solid choice for someone/couple that needs a quick, easy and convenient option for BKK.
From many years checking out different locations and options, I had 2 challenges. Normally I like having bike taxi,tuk tuk etc out the front door or within some easy reach - nope. 2nd pointer is they never had a business card, or pamphlet in Thai that gave the address. So you're stuck trying to translate to anyone how to navigate the small windy roads to get access. Easy fix - just adds to the change as the staff had no English..
Having said that, it is a relatively quick walk to the train station, there are some basic coffee and street food, massage options near by towards the main road.
I had 2 suitcases and was able to easily navigate the walk to MRT for my flight. Staff were lovely and helpful, room clean, quiet. Lad Phrao MRT is close and easily accessible to major lines, shopping centres and such. For me, the location was perfect because BKK have good trains, so whilst you're 'not in the heart' - you're not paying for that excess, and it really doesn't make much difference. I wouldn't necessarily recommend for above 75 unless you are reasonably fit, or use GRAB for taxi.
I will most certainly come back - price, ease and MRT convenience - worth it.

Price was cheap, but so was the room. The housekeeping was not professionnally / seriously made on arrrival, I had to redo it myself. I took 6 nights and 'd rather wish to stay less, unfortunatly I didn't feel comfortable in that room. I didn't see a lot of staff during my stay, out of the housekeeping lady. Staff was available to contact through whatsapp, but it often took long to receive an answer, to simple questions or askings.
