This single-level home boasts a central great room containing a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with a TV set to stream your favorite channels.
Out back, discover a large, fenced yard and a shaded, furnished patio with a gas grill for warm weather cookouts.
This property also features central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms, perfect for remote work or schooling.

Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Fireplace in the living area is only for decoration.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was easy driving distance to key tourist attractions including missions, river walk, and sea world. Entire yard was fenced in so young kids and pets can explore. The ability to gate in your vehicle added security for our car top carrier and trailer hitch. It was plenty of room for a family of 4 with a dog. Could have been cleaner at check in. It is in a residential area so it was nice to have our own private parking.
