The master bedroom features a king-sized bed (sleeps 2) and an attached full bathroom with a stand-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2) with its own full bathroom (stand-in shower). Step out to the full balcony off the living room, which overlooks the scenic beauty of the bay.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals, and for added convenience, we provide linens, towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your stay.

Starter Amenities:
We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, Dawn dish soap, 10–12 dishwasher tabs, 10–12 laundry pods, a box of trash bags, and a small coffee setup with either 2–2.5 oz packs of ground coffee or 4 Keurig pods (depending on the property), along with 4–5 coffee creamers and sugar packets.
Rental Agreement:
A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on All reservations. It will be emailed separately to you. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.

Had some issues with the door code but it was fixed after we called the number provided

The interior of the condo was awesome, great vacay feel.
On check in at 2330 at night, my door code did not work. There was a phone issue that kept me from contacting the manager, once that fixed, the management was awesome, reset and checked my door code.
The Location was awesome! Easily walkable to Ft Walton Beach. Right off HWY 98 to get to Destin. Gas station/market within walking distance as well.

Excellent property, clean and spacious with modern amenities. Gated community with a beautiful view of the bay and is right across the street from the beach. The beds were comfortable with quality linens, kitchen was fully equipped. Will look to book again in the future.
