At the "Ankerplatz," you’ll experience Greetsiel from a front-row seat, so to speak. Less than a 3-minute walk to the town center and the harbor—yet located in a quiet spot far from the hustle and bustle.
Stay right on the harbor, less than 150 meters from the town center and the “Oase” wellness spa. You’ll experience Greetsiel from a prime vantage point, so to speak.
The “Ankerplatz” is a 63-square-meter, upscale vacation apartment in the Landhaus Greetsiel by the harbor. It is a modernly furnished apartment with a beautiful living room, a spacious kitchen-dining area, a large bedroom, and a separate restroom and shower room.
A terrace with outdoor furniture is located directly in front of the kitchen-dining area—perfect for breakfast as the sun rises or a late-night drink. You also have the option of relaxing in the garden, where you’ll find lounge chairs, seating areas, and umbrellas. The cushions are provided in your apartment.
“Ankerplatz” guests never stop raving about how peaceful it is here—and yet the harbor is just a few steps away. A private parking space is reserved for your car.
In Greetsiel, however, you won’t need a car—unless you’re tempted by the allures of exciting excursions to neighboring towns.
The Wadden Sea in Lower Saxony is a World Natural Heritage Site. A guided mudflat hike should be part of your itinerary.
Excursions to the islands (e.g., Juist and Norderney) are also popular. During the summer, ferries to these islands depart directly from the port of Greetsiel. Otherwise, we recommend the ports of Emden or Norddeich.
