Welcome to The Boat House, our spacious beach-themed retreat, adorned with vibrant and fun coastal decor. This comfortable home features three nautical-themed bedrooms, perfect for families or couples seeking a relaxed and inviting getaway.
Situated at the end of a quiet dead-end street, we own all three properties here, ensuring a peaceful and private experience.
Traveling with a large family or friends? You can rent all three of our homes: The Beach House, The Beach Shack, or The Boat House.
Our prime location is ideal for exploring the highlights of Fort Myers. We are centrally located between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, just 6 miles from both. Cape Coral is also a short 6-mile drive, and the historic downtown district of Fort Myers is only 10 miles away.
You'll enjoy being close to a variety of dining options, including seafood restaurants, pizza places, and other local favorites. For those flying in, the airport is conveniently located just 25 minutes away.
Each room in our home is thoughtfully furnished with cozy nautical-themed decor, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have personally lived in each of these three homes, setting them up as vacation rentals so our guests can thoroughly enjoy their stay.

My daughter, her family and myself really enjoyed the Boat House.. beautifully decorated, clean, easy to find and fun place to stay while we were shelling at Sanibel. Just the perfect retreat and process to check in and out.. highly recommend this cute house.. thank you again. Kris C.

Clean, quiet neighborhood, within a half hour of beach, airport, downtown, ballpark. Would definitely stay here again!
