About this house rental
Cottage in the woods located directly on Crooked River. Three bedrooms & two full baths. Covered boat slip & a boat ramp. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Starlink High-Speed Internet included!! Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer.
New paint throughout, electric fireplace, furniture and ceiling. Kitchen remodeled 2022. New deck and dock ready to enjoy!!

You have access to the entire house.
We are very pet friendly but over the years we have been renting, unfortunately, we've had a few misbehaving pets that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy and a pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, with a maximum fee of $250. Upon booking, please call us and we will send policy form and collect payment.
Boat rentals available near by. Fun wineries to visit. Unique shops in both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Local Bakery in Alanson

Loved the space and property. It was all we needed for the two night stay for me and my family. Loved all the awesome places within just a couple miles from the house.

We had a great experience. Property was clean, convenient location and beautiful setting next to the river. Enjoyed having the family over for a campfire. Would rent this property again!

We had a great time at this location! Plenty of room, boat slip was awesome, and very clean. There was limited stock, we ran out of toilet paper. The door to the primary bedroom would not close completely and the septic tank smelled awful making it hot nights since we couldn’t keep the windows open due to the smell. But overall we still had a great time!
