About this house rental
Dating from the sixteenth century, the Bechetoile Hamlet is distinguished by its privileged setting and its unobstructed view of the valley. It will satisfy you for all types of stays with family or friends.
The Hamlet is made up of four buildings, three of which are available for rent:
- The fortified house, composed on the first floor of a large and warm room with a fireplace around which are organized a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms occupy the level (sleeps 6), completed by a bathroom and toilets. The fortified house is heated to 19°C by a pellet boiler.
- The guest house, opening onto a living room followed by a small vestibule leading to toilets and showers. It also marks the start of the staircase providing access to the four bedrooms on the first floor (sleeps 10). The guest house is equipped with a wood stove and electric radiators in the bedrooms set at 19°C.
- The barn, with a surface area of 150 m2 for possible events (optional).
You will also find in the garden something to entertain your children (trampoline and swing).
Leaving a small country road, a path goes into the forest and leads to the Hamlet.
This is a dirt and stony forest path of about 2.5 km that may seem impressive at first glance but is still passable.

Its inhabitants, who worked the land, were once called "the star diggers" by the Burguisans, further down the valley, hence the origin of the name given to the locality.
