Jenn was so helpful with checking in, and sending us all the info about restaurants near. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you would need. Bathrooms were super clean with plenty of clean towels and even mini bottles of shampoo.

We had a great stay at the property. The amenities provided were very good and easy accessibility to the downtown with covered parking was a great plus for our requirements. Jennifer was easy to reach out and very responsive.

Everything seemed brand new even though I know with all the great reviews it couldn't be. Every detail was thought of, owner checked in to make sure we were ok. Felt like staying at a hotel but also someone's home. Super quiet but also so close to everything - especially TQL stadium. What a gem! Would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect! Great location for easy walk to OTR and short drive anywhere else we wanted to go. Garage parking was a plus! The place was clean and well-furnished and the property manager was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Cincinnati.

If it were possible to give 6 stars, I would. The property was exactly as advertised, had everything we needed, and the location is convenient and quiet. Jenn’s helpful tips and responsiveness made sure we were able to make the most of our family spring break trip to Cincinnati and I hope we’re able to make another visit soon.

We’ve been using VRBO for vacation homes in some capacity at least annually for the better part of a decade. This was by far the best experience we have ever had.The home was immaculate, exactly as pictured. Our host thought of everything. It is ideally located within walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. If it was too far, public transportation handled it for free. If we needed to drive, the property had a two car garage. Perfect.I loved the gym. The downstairs area was ideal to send the kids to without bothering the adults. The kitchen gives a great view of the living space so you can cook and still be part of the action. The beds were comfortable, the neighbors quiet. The street was safe and not busy. Our host contacted us regularly to check in. She provided us invaluable suggestions on things to do and places to go, restaurants and activities alike. She provided everything we could ever need. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful weekend! We took the kids to the Newport Aquarium and the Children’s Museum and the location of this home was absolutely perfect! It was so clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

This home is absolutely beautiful with all of the amenities you can think of. The owner was available throughout my entire trip, the neighbors were courteous and we didn’t even leave because we were so comfortable in this home. It is convenient and centrally located, on a quiet street and great for families. Just book it!

This property had everything you could need when staying in cincinnati! It was very cute, well kept and clean ! The host was also very nice and gave me many recommendations for places to go and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone or any group looking to stay in cincinnati, the location was also very convenient as it is very close to over the rhine ! This rental was perfect for our weekend. Property was as described and immaculate. Although we didnt need anything, Jenn was always and touch and I got the sense she would have been more than happy to accomodate (within reason). Our family was in town for the last weekend of our Midwest college tour/road trip. House was amazing, all necessities we needed for our family of 4. We went to an FC Cincinnati game, and the house was an easy walk to the stadium. Short walk to a free street car stop was an easy way to explore the city. Would rent again if we are ever in Cincinnati!

Beautiful place and looks exactly as advertised! Was very clean on arrival and well stocked! Great location being far enough out but still able to walk to OTR. We did Uber to casino which was a short, inexpensive trip. Jen was amazing from beginning to end! Her list of things to do was very helpful in planning our days out.

Our stay in the “Downtowner” was very enjoyable! Jennifer was great with communicating from the time I booked until after check-out, making sure our stay was everything we hoped for. The house was well stocked, very clean and close to many restaurants, bars and an entertainment complex. It’s a perfect place to stay for anyone completing the B-Line bourbon trail!

The place was perfect! The description and the pictures were 100% accurate. The house was extremely clean. The host checked in by text to make everything was going well. The location allowed us to walk to restaurants and it was so easy to get to any highway that we needed as well. Only gave 5 stars because that is the most the survey allowed. It is a 10 in my book! I recently rented this absolutely beautiful home for family members that came to town for our son’s wedding. I couldn’t believe how nice it was when I walked in to leave some food and welcome gifts for their arrival. The futon room didn’t have a ceiling fan so bring a small one if you think you might need it! The decor was so nice and my sisters and brother in laws felt right at home and comfortable. Jenn provided a few snacks, coffee pods and tea bags too! Such a nice surprise. A new washer was delivered and set up just before their arrival. I would recommend this for a friends and couples getaway! Loved it.

This place was very spacious and well stocked with everything you need. Walkable to all kinds of restaurants , breweries, and wineries! We went to a flea market in Washington park that was fun. Such a pretty park!! Nice outdoor patio. Went there with three high school friends celebrating our birthdays and had a fantastic time!! Would definitely stay here again. Nice to have a garage to park in too !!
