This elegantly house provides the perfect space for a relaxing holiday with a dash of luxury.
Villa San Gervasio is a beautiful villa for two families with four children or a small group of friends and itself has been recently built to a high standard, with many traditional tuscan features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and rustic setting. The interior is filled with lovely stylish touches and high quality furnishing. The terraced pool with a nice view, the verandas and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. The property is deep in the greenery of the Pisan countryside, the medieval town of San Miniato is only 21 kilometres away and there are several interesting places within 45 minutes driving like Pisa, Lucca, Certaldo, Volterra, San Gimignano, the beaches of Livorno and above all Firenze. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are open from 1st of May till 31st of October.
Extra costs are payable at location: final cleaning 250,00 euro, air conditioning 0,90 euro per kwh, Pets (max 2) 100,00 euro e each, Visitor’s tax 1 euro per person per day, heating cost 5 euro per cubic meter

The house was lovely. We had a very nice stay at villa Riparossa. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated, clean and very welcoming! Specially the use of the barbecue and pizza oven was very nice. The pool was a bit smaller than we thought and could see on the pictures, but still very nice to cool down and relax.
The only small minus was the quality of the wifi. And it was a surprise after the booking that we had to pay for the electricity for the jaccuzi and air conditioning. It is better to point is out on the website beforehand.
We had a wonderful stay at the villa and a lovely holiday!

Very welcoming hosts, splendid setting right in the middle of nature, relaxing and still close to all amenities.
As the telephone connection is limited in the villa, a stronger wifi connection would be an asset.
