The kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals or heat up leftovers after a fun day exploring Galveston. Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, featuring a luxurious walk-in, glass-enclosed shower.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

The size was okay for 2 people but not really anywhere to put clothes or hang towels. There was only a light over the bed and a lamp. The main living area had no lights so it wasn’t very lit up at night. The shower was scalding hot and we could not get cold water no matter what we did. There was no cold water in sinks either. Remote was dead. We bought batteries so we could at least watch tv at night. Cleaning my van took our parking spot (that we were told to use,) when we told them we needed to park there they were rude and proceeded with cleaning for about 5 more minutes before finally coming out and moving their van to all the other empty spots. There were no blankets available. There was, what looked like a beach towel, folded by couch but it smelt like vomit. We chose to go purchase our own blankets. It allowed us a place to sleep but aside from that we would probably not book here again.
