Portside SJ1 2 Bed 1-1/2 bath

We recently enjoyed our stay at this condo, and overall, it is in a fantastic location. Being right across from the beach and the pool made our trip incredibly convenient and fun. We also found the living room furniture to be very comfortable, providing a great spot to relax after a day in the sun.However, there were a few issues that impacted our comfort. The table and chairs on the front porch are unfortunately falling apart and are in need of replacement. Additionally, the upstairs area was extremely hot during our stay. The bathroom upstairs also has poor drainage, which was quite inconvenient. We never heard back from the owner when we expressed that there was an issue. To future guests, I highly recommend bringing some extra fans to supplement the ones provided, as you will certainly need them to stay cool upstairs. While we had a good time, we would love to return in the future if some updates are made to the porch furniture and the upstairs climate control. Installing a split-level AC unit would make a massive difference for comfort.
