Los Bancales House - Candeleda

Casa los Bancales Candeleda is a spectacular estate with a beautiful house located in the municipality of Candeleda.

Casa los Bancales has 6 bedrooms: 5 double bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a sixth bedroom specially designed for children, with two bunk beds and two single beds to accommodate up to 6 children; it has a maximum capacity of 16 people (10 adults and 6 children). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is an additional restroom on the first floor.

A fully equipped kitchen, a two-area living room with a fireplace and television, a spacious TV room, an outdoor dining area, and the highlights of the house—its terrace and outdoor pool—will delight all our guests and convey the peace and tranquility that permeate the surroundings.

In total, Casa los Bancales offers more than 450 m² of living space on a 15,000 m² property featuring a wide variety of trees and fruit trees.

Located at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos, in the Tietar Valley, numerous streams flow through the area, forming natural pools where it is very pleasant to swim in the summer.

This same mountain range shields the area from northern winds, creating a special “microclimate” with pleasant temperatures during the two extreme seasons—cool in summer and warm in winter.

The house has been carefully designed by its owners. The upper floor features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a study. Outside, there is a south-facing porch with stunning views of the valley and the Rosarito Reservoir. The kitchen-dining area opens onto an outdoor patio with a pergola and a dining area. The pool area, which is fully fenced for children’s safety, is located very close to the house.

The house is surrounded by land, part of which is landscaped by a professional landscape architect and features numerous fruit trees (such as cherry, lemon, pear, kiwi, persimmon, loquat, quince, and fig trees) that provide ample shade and fruit throughout the summer and fall.
