The villa stands in the bay of Barbarca, one of the loveliest on the eastern side of the island. Fully detached, in green surroundings and just a few minutes’ drive from the town of Capoliveri, this villa has recently been renovated and furnished to a high standard. With its sandy beaches, mining park and walking and biking trails and the lively towns of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, the eastern side of the island is one of its most sought-after destinations.
The house is on a single floor. The front door opens into a living-room with kitchen corner (induction hob, fridge-freezer and oven), leading to a lounge with dining area and a three-quarter size sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower enclosure. Each room has independent air-conditioning.
