We had family/friends staying in the RV park right across the street from the condo we were staying at. So, it was the perfect location for us. The condo was just the right size for the two of us knowing we were going to be at the RV park and river most of the time. One afternoon, we were allowed to have our friends/family/kids come over to enjoy the pool/wading pool. They had a great time and wanted to come again the next day, but we were leaving. This was also the weekend of the Cresent Bar boat parade, so we all got to enjoy that. I gave a 4 for cleanliness instead of 5, because we had to clean out the BBQ Grill because starlings were building a nest in it. And we had to wipe down the banister because the birds pooped all over it. BUT, this was no fault of the owner or the resort staff. This was just nature at its best. I would without a doubt, stay here again and would certainly recommend this place. Lastly, communication with Dustin (Owner) and the resort staff was great!!! Everyone was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful
