Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! The house is just blocks from the lake and a minute walk to the Kirkland Corridor/Trail. Approx. 5 mins to Kirkland downtown/Marina, few minutes to Bellevue downtown and less than 15 minutes to downtown Seattle.

Guests must be over the age of 25 and guest booking the reservation will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. Guests will be charged $500 for each violation.
No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted and pre-approved by host prior to check in. Violations of this rule will result is a $500 pet cleaning fee.
No smoking is allowed in or around the property.
If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the Owner or host pre approves and specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
The property is fully furnished which includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, outdoor kitchen supplies, and other furnishings.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with Owner's Terms of Service, or local laws or regulations.

Our group consisted of four couples staying a weekend to attend an outdoor concert at Chateau St. Michelle. This house was close to the winery. It appeared to have been recently renovated. The layout of the house was perfect for our group to enjoy time together in the dining area and living room area. The kitchen was well stocked, with all the cooking utensils, plates, pots, spices, and condiments that we needed. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect. The rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious. We appreciated the little touches throughout the house. Overall, our group had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend this house for families and other groups.
