Nestled on a scenic bluff in the heart of the exclusive Eagles Nest community, Just Bluffin' offers the perfect blend of mountain elegance and relaxed comfort. With over two acres of private land and just one easy step to enter, this inviting home is designed for guests seeking both adventure and tranquility in North Carolina's High Country. Its central location within Eagles Nest provides easy access to many community amenities, while Beech Mountain Ski Resort is only a 15-minute drive away.

Inside, the open great room welcomes you with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, expansive windows, and abundant natural light. Gather around the striking stacked-stone gas fireplace on the plush leather seating to watch a movie or the big game on the 70” smart TV. The kitchen is bright and beautifully equipped, featuring granite countertops, a spacious island with seating for three, and everything you need to prepare family meals or entertain friends. The dining table seats eight comfortably, ideal for gathering after a day of exploring Eagles Nest.

The main level features two well-appointed bedroom suites. The primary king suite includes a private TV and a spa-like bathroom with a tiled shower and double granite vanity. The second suite offers a queen bed and its own tiled shower and granite vanity. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bath with a tiled shower. One has a queen bed, while the other features a twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle—perfect for children or extra guests.

Step outside and take in the long-range mountain views from the spacious deck, complete with comfortable seating and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Follow the steps down to the newly installed hot tub, where you can unwind beneath the stars. A gently sloping hill leads to a wide, flat yard that's perfect for family games in the summer or sledding fun in the winter. As evening falls, gather around the firepit to share stories and roast s'mores under the clear mountain sky.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, crated dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus 6.75% tax. Max of 75lbs each.
-Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Check In after 4pm. Check Out by 10am.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus taxes.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an include amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development listed above.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
​​​​​​​Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
