Welcome to this beautiful, quiet home that lives on 1 acre of total seclusion. This is the perfect getaway for you and your family to escape your daily routine. The property is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with a short distance to the airport, The Galaxy Wave Ferry, restaurants, and beautiful beaches to the west and east end of the island.
The house is spacious; it consists of 3000 square feet. On the first level, there is a spacious living room and an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen island has six counter stools, while the dining table has six chairs. There is also outdoor dining on the first-level balcony and a BBQ grill.
On the first level is a bedroom with a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and direct access to a balcony. The bathroom is down the hallway with a walk-in shower.
On the second level, there is a second living room with access to a balcony and four master bedrooms.
Two master bedrooms offer a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
The third master bedroom offers a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
The fourth master bedroom offers a queen and a twin bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and access to a balcony.

Outstanding property. New BQ grill never used until us. Water delivered. Road to house was rough and dusty. Midweek a road grader made most ruts disappear but not the dust. Not a route for rental car unless SUV. We had two pickups so no issue other than dust. On site maintenance man in separate house was friendly and helpful. His cat became part of our group on porch. Upstairs bathrooms need to let water run for a while before expecting hot shower as the water heater must be in basement. Lots of steps that wore this 76 year old out. Fantastic views. AC worked too well. Fully stocked kitchen, WiFi and tvs with lots of channels to watch. It was a 3-5 min drive to and from Roatan Dive Center. Would definitely stay here on next years visit.

I have nothing to say but good things about this property. Very clean house and well appointed. The views from the property are very nice and the host was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone that wants a quiet and beautiful place to stay.
