The kitchen is open to the living room with a beautiful bench and 4 stools, fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a laundry room next door with a washing machine and a guest toilet.
On the second floor is located the master suite with a queen size bed, full of closets and elegantly decorated. It also has the second bedroom with double bed and a guest bathroom dedicated to this bedroom. The two bedrooms are equipped with split air conditioning for greater comfort.
On the third floor, it has a living room with air conditioning, a comfortable double sofa bed and sliding doors that give access to the outside area of the roof. A beautiful hydromassage pool with a beautiful view of Bairro Peixoto, mountains and Christ the Redeemer. There is a sauna next to the pool. The gourmet kitchen has a barbecue and minibar to enjoy the pool more comfortably.

The building requires copies of identities/passports of all guests at least 1 hour before check-in. if it is not delivered, entry will not be allowed, sorry.
The building does not allow visitors during guests' stay, without exceptions.
If the guest fails to comply with the rule or insists with the reception, they will receive a fine of 3 thousand reais BRL.
