The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, the access to a balcony and an open kitchen complete with microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and all the necessary cooking tools. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The terrace, for the exclusive use of guests, is located on the top floor of the building and is accessible through some stairs.
