This newly renovated and furnished 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home is located in the heart of Glendale, Arizona, making it the perfect home base for exploring all the city has to offer. With it's central location, you're just a short drive away from world - class shopping, dining, entertainment, and sporting events. This stunning home features a modern decor and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The living room is spacious and features a large flat-screen TV complete with all the streaming services, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Find the pool table in the game room ready to use along with some board games for you to enjoy during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, which you can enjoy in the dining area or out in the covered patio. Outside, the backyard is a true oasis with a private swimming pool and plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $100 per night and must be requested 7–10 days in advance to allow adequate time for preheating. Please note that pool heating is not available during January and February, but it is offered during the rest of the year.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
Important: All guests are required to complete and pass a background screening through Guest Ranger prior to their stay. This is a necessary step to comply with local city regulations and to ensure the safety and security of our home and community. The reservation will only be confirmed once the screening is successfully completed.

Since our son and family moved to Glendale from our home in Washington State, we have been staying in hotels for our visits. We decided to try a VRBO. Bottom line, the hotel was more expensive in the long run. Being able to prep a few meals, then throw in laundry, made for a no brainer of a decision. I didn’t for get about the property: spacious bedrooms, large dining room, great kitchen, big living room w/ huge TV and sectional. The backyard is the showcase. Great pool, lounging area, and dining area. Also a fire feature, outdoor TV, and putting green! Our host was very responsive to our requests. Many thumbs up and thanks! CPC

Property is just as described. Excellent. Back yard area is amazing. Very easy to communicate with owners. We had an amazing stay and will return.
