The "Een" vacation apartment in the Börmoos country house, which accommodates up to 4 people, is one of 7 apartments created in the main house and the former barn of this historic estate. The entryway in the converted barn—featuring a fireplace and a small library—as well as a sauna and a yoga and meditation room are available to all guests. The price per sauna session is 20.00 euros, regardless of the number of people.
The park-like grounds, featuring ponds, old trees, and an orchard meadow, invite you to linger and relax. Seating areas and lounge chairs await visitors here.
The adjacent Habernisser Moor offers idyllic hiking trails through marshes, meadows, and forests, leading to the artesian spring or the natural beach.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome: 10.00 euros per dog per day. A fenced-in area is available for dog owners, which can be used by all guests.

The Een vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the converted barn and has been lovingly designed in a unique blend of modern and antique styles.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house. A bike shed and an utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner are available for all guests to use.
A fenced-in area is available for dog owners and can be used by all guests.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is available from midnight to 10:00 AM.
