Great location in the centre of town and a parking space which you don’t get with lots of places in Salcombe . Parking is at a premium.Also had air conditioning which helped us cool the bedroom and sleep well.

Excellent location, clean and tidy property.
The fridge door didn't shut. No keys to open balcony door.

The keys need to be picked up from another location. A total pain. Even though there is a key safe !
There were four of us staying but only one key fob to exit the electric gate . so we all had to go out at the same time...Really poor.
