Very very minor couple of things, flat batteries in clocks and a few dead or dying light bulbs.

Great location in the centre of town and a parking space which you don’t get with lots of places in Salcombe . Parking is at a premium.Also had air conditioning which helped us cool the bedroom and sleep well.
