This spacious and attractively furnished semi-detached villa is located in a quiet area along a small country lane, less than 1 km from the picturesque village of Callian. This villa lends itself perfectly to families. The fully enclosed garden has its own swimming pool for a refreshing dip. At the end of the day, fire up the barbecue and have a glass of rosé on the covered terrace, enjoying the view and the setting sun while the children play a game of table tennis
The cosy village of Callian has an authentic Provençal village centre, as do the nearby villages of Montauroux, Tourrettes, Fayence and Seillans. These villages are all located on a hill overlooking the Esterel Massif and are well worth a visit; they are not qualified as les plus beaux villages de France for nothing. In each village you will find a good restaurant with a cosy terrace, where you can settle down for lunch in the afternoon.

The seaside resorts of Cannes and Fréjus-Saint/Raphaël are 25 km away. Golf lovers will find many golf courses in the vicinity. The world-famous Terre Blanche golf course is just a 10-minute drive away. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy Lac Saint-Cassien, around 5 km away. Here you can have fun on the large lake. Near Callian are the caves of Saint-Cézaire and the perfume town of Grasse. Last but not least: a day trip to the Gorges du Verdon, breathtakingly beautiful!
