About this villa rental
The house has two floors. On the ground floor we have the living room-kitchen with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. This floor overlooks the pool area on one side and the porch with barbecue area and outdoor kitchen on the other side.
On the upper floor we have two bright and spacious double bedrooms, both with outdoor terrace and another elegant bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with all the comforts that a holiday home requires.
Outside, the house has a pool area and a Jacuzzi.
There is also a spacious BBQ area.
From a small private road you reach, after about 300 metres, the enchanting golden beach of Marzamemi.
