About this house rental
Bright and welcoming holiday home, ideal for a relaxing family vacation near the German border. This modern and well-equipped property offers stunning views over Genner Bay and is located in a scenic area along South Jutland’s east coast. Almost every room provides beautiful vistas of the bay and surrounding landscape, creating a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. The house is part of the Løjt Feriecenter, a holiday center that stretches down to the water at Genner Bay. Guests can enjoy excellent swimming and fishing opportunities nearby. The center features a shared outdoor pool with panoramic views, open from May 15 to September 15, free of charge for guests. There is also a café/restaurant on site and a large communal area with playgrounds, beach volleyball, mini golf, and a bouncy castle, offering fun for children of all ages. Inside, the holiday home combines comfort and practicality with well-appointed living areas for family life, making it easy to cook, dine, and relax together. The location offers both tranquility and access to a variety of activities in the surrounding area, from exploring the coastline to enjoying nature walks or cycling. Its combination of scenic surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and modern comfort makes it a perfect choice for a memorable holiday with family and friends. No rentals to youth groups are permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
