R39 Attic with Terrace and Private Parking

This apartment was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and we were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Having access to a washing machine was especially convenient during our travels. The bed was excellent and the multiple air conditioning units kept the apartment pleasantly cool, even on warmer days. We also appreciated the secure parking area right in front of the property. With gated access and camera surveillance, we felt very safe leaving our car there. There are several nice restaurants and a great gelateria nearby, and the location is perfect for visiting Milan and exploring the city. We would also like to mention how pleasant the contact with the owner was. Communication was excellent, he spoke very good English, was very friendly, and was always willing to think along with us and help where needed. This really added to the overall experience. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would gladly stay here again. We will certainly return if we are in the Milan area in the future.

Très joli appartement bien aménagé, grande terrasse avec pergola ( mieux que sur les photos). Parking dans la cour sécurisée. Bon emplacement proche métro et commerces. Au calme. Acces et Accueil bien organisés. Nécessaire pour petit déjeuner ( thé café sucre) eau fraiche plate et gazeuse, grignotages aperifif. Sel.poivre.huile vinaigre.Lessive...tout y est pour faciliter le séjour. Lucas et son papa sont charmants et très attentionnés.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Sie war sehr komfortabel, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Luca lief reibungslos, er hat uns gute Tipps gegeben!!!

The terracce was nice to sit at the evening, nice and clean flat, newly renovated. Good beds with clean linens. The ac worked and a flat was cool.

From the photos it was not visible that this is one bedroom apartment - living room with sofa bed and kitchen is in the same room. Note this if travelling in group and would like separate rooms. The hallway to the apartment was in semi-finished state, with no lights switches and cables sticking out of walls.
