The Space:
Welcome to Linden Place II! Experience luxury living in the heart of Lenox Hill with this stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom full-floor apartment on the Upper East Side. Enjoy ample natural light from oversized windows and high ceilings that provide stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen features top-of-the-line amenities, including a Carrara marble breakfast bar, wine cooler, and dishwasher. The unit entry is from a shared stairwell and corridor with three other units in the building. Notably, the third bedroom is well-lit and has a dedicated thermostat for temperature controls, but does not have a window in the room.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Lenox Hill section of the Upper East Side this fantastic home is just a stone's throw away from Central Park, world-class shopping and some of the best fine dining and nightlife Manhattan has to offer. The N, Q, R, W, F & 6 Trains are all a short walk away from your front door! This home is also directly across the street from an Equinox gym.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.

The property was exactly what we expected and worked perfectly for our needs. The kitchen had every small appliance needed plus some and the work stations were a very nice touch! The maintenance was very responsive when needed. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great month in NYC! The location is amazing. It also turned out to be not noisy. I thought Lex Ave would be way more loud.
