About this cottage rental
Nestled on the shores of Lake Menominee, this south-facing cottage is bathed in sunlight throughout the day, offering stunning views and unforgettable sunsets right from the dock. The cottage features three bedrooms, including two with king-size beds, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families.
A spacious glass-railed deck provides a perfect vantage point overlooking the waterfront. Just steps away, you'll find a shallow, sandy beach area and a 40-foot dock. The gentle waters extending from the beach make it especially safe and enjoyable for young children. For your enjoyment, we provide multiple kayaks, a canoe, a paddle boat, and life jackets for the entire family. The cottage is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Baysville and its Friday farmers market, and 15 minutes from the diverse dining, shopping, and sweet treats in Huntsville.
The cottage includes ample parking space and is equipped with a smart TV, a second TV for videos, and Wi-Fi, which is ideal for remote work. The fully stocked kitchen will delight the family chef, and you'll never have to worry about running out of fuel with the plumbed-in BBQ. Evenings can be spent around the fire pit, or enjoying puzzles and games.
The central area of the cottage is perfect for family meals and activities, complemented by an outdoor dining tent for those who wish to extend their outdoor enjoyment into the evening. Two of the bedrooms feature walkouts to the lake, and the loft is perfectly suited as a kids' Play space. For added convenience, laundry facilities are available. The shoreline also features a sandy area where kids can play and safely enjoy the shallow water.

The photos show a lovely little cottage but this place is so much better than even the photos show. It is much bigger with amazing views and a great dock. The hosts respond quickly and are amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at Anne's cottage for our son's wedding at Timber Terrace, just outside of Huntsville in May. Anne was accommodating with our rather crazy schedule. It was the perfect place for adult kids and grandbaby to be together in the moments we were not at the venue. The kitchen has everything you need and was helpful for feeding our gang. They are all asking to return for a summer stay so we can enjoy the lake and have more time to enjoy the view.
