This duplex sleeps 12 and is perfect location for small groups, with access to either the Upper or Lower level with the privacy of the property to yourself, or for large groups where both levels can be rented out.
The Upper Level has a refreshing, beach vibe with plenty of natural light coming through the large picture window that overlooks the lake, perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. It has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, with access to the washer and dryer. The kitchen opens into the dining room with a large table that is perfect for large group meals or game night.
The Lower Level has a warm, comfortable, lodge vibe that surrounds you with natural finishes. This gives you the perfect mixture of a cabin feel, with the benefit of a beach and lake view. It has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with views of the lake and a pool table.
Whether you use one or both of the levels, you'll have access to the two-level deck that overlooks Budd Lake, with the privacy of your own sandy beach and with a dock ready for your boat! We had a wonderful family vacation and didn't want to leave! The cottage was lovely, comfortable, had everything we needed and with picture perfect views. Hosts were easy to communicate with and left nice touches to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you!

Our family of ten had the best week at this cottage. Communication with the owners was quick and responsive, even before we booked. Cottage was immaculate and the layout provided both indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, playing games and just being together. The cottage was well equipped for making meals. We loved that the property included kayaks and a paddleboard and the kids loved fishing off the dock. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout and will definitely book again if returning to Budd Lake.
