We had to request towels, there were none in the room. There weren’t many outlets. We had to leave a deposit to get remote controls for our room.

The hotel is convenient to get to the airport, it is comfortable, clean, and inexpensive!

It is on the same street that the airport is on and is not crowded in the early morning if you need to drive to the airport. They have a good free breakfast. The beds are good and you can’t beat the price!

Will NOT BE COMING BACK

The location of the hotel.

Staff was rude, only allow to us to have 2 towels per room even though we had booked for 2 adults and 2 children. They had to call the supervisor to talk to us why we weren't able to receive two more towels even after we said we would pay for them, said we had to share towels 🤯. Had to leave a deposit of we wanted to use the TV and the phone.

I needed extra towels they didn't provide more than one per person. Towels weren't in the room at time of arrival. I needed the sheets replaced and weren't available.

Everything was great. Except we stayed by the rooms next to the janitors and that was not pleasant. To much noise in the early morning. We didn’t get to sleep in.

No Printer in the Ameneties, I was traveling to the Consulate and was counting on printing a last minute paper at the hotel, next time I will need to look at a different option if I need to print again.
