A great location, but has a few drawbacks.

This property is in a great location, easily accessible from the train or bus stations.

It is quite small (no room for bags), on the third floor with no elevator, and you sleep on a fold-out sofa-bed which is not very comfortable and occupies most of the space. We could not get the wifi to work (it did not appear as a network) and could not get help.

Localisation parfaite !

La localisation est idéale, tout proche du cour Mirabeau mais sans en entendre l’agitation, vraiment parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Facilités juste à côté : boulangerie, restaurants, supérettes La réactivité et la souplesse de notre hôte : très disponible au moindre problème La propreté des lieux Il fait bon dans l’appartement (qui dispose d’un airco) malgré la chaleur

Problème de joint de douche qui ne semble pas réglé malgré les anciens commentaires : quelque est venu le réparer directement suite à notre demande mais il me semble qu’il y a un problème plus profond qui mériterait d’être géré Pas de papier de toilette à l’arrivée (simple oubli qui peut arriver) Un lit en mezzanine (matelas posé sur une plaque) et un canapé lit : c’est pratique vu l’espace mais pas le confort de sommeil absolu et ne convient pas pour tous les âges Un sans-abri dormait dans le hall de la copropriété. Personne n’y peut rien mais nous n’étions pas toujours sereines de rentrer le soir. Système d’aération de l’appartement qui est assez bruyant et s’active souvent : impossible à éteindre à moins de faire sauter le plomb concerné.

Nichts für kalte Tage

Lage

Das Studio hatte keine ausreichende Heizung. Bei kalten Außentemperaturen war es kaum möglich, sich darin aufzuhalten. Ein sich immer wieder einschaltender Ventilator blies zusätzlich kalte Luft ins Zimmer und nervte auch wegen seines Geräuschs. Alles in allem in der kalten Jahreszeit nicht zu empfehlen.

部屋は清潔で快適で，ロケーションがとても良い．エアコンや電子レンジ，ネットにつながったTVなど，必要なものは全て設置してあり，使用することができる．

到着して２日後に，ドアの取手が空回りするようになった．すぐに修理するほうがよい．他の部屋の下水の臭いがする時がある．短い時間だが，くさい．部屋にWifiがないので，利用者がグローバルWifiなどをもっていく必要がある．
