Pierwszy raz mi się wydarzyło w życiu, że w pokoju w nocy(przy zamkniętych oknach) budziłam się, z powodu braku powietrza, wielkiej duchoty, która panowała w tym mieszkaniu. Jest bardzo niekomfortowo z tego powodu. Aby nie słyszeć dzwonienia ratuszowego zegara, warto zamknąć okna. Zegar wybija co 15 minut od 6:00 do 22:00 (w soboty od 7:00). Dla śpiochów to nie są wymarzone warunki.

Lokalizacja znakomita, widok wprost na Plac Ratuszowy. Nocą oświetlony ratusz i ogródki, coś bajecznego.
Jedyny mankament to duża ilość schodów do pokonania.
