The apartment was well located near the beach and well equipped.
The en-suite bathroom emitted a bad odour intermittently. The en-suite shower leaked water and as a result we all had to use the shower in the main bathroom. On our final morning the front door failed to open. It took us a while to find alternate exit. This should be shown to your future guests.

This accommodation was top notch. It is very spacious and full of light and air but also had very good black out blinds for comfortable sleeping. The furniture and facilities were amazing and the showers were perfect. It was one of the best apartments I have stayed in. Also, a few mins walk from the beach and you can see the waves from the balcony for early morning surf checks. It was perfect. The communication was also very good from the hosts, fast and clear. They were very understanding when I injured my shoulder and helped me out with that. So helpful and kind.
The communication from the hosts was amazing but it was only when I asked that I was told the key pick up was about 25 mins taxi ride from the actual apartment. This may have been due to the late hour I checked in but the key safe box needs to be outside the apartment. I had to pay around 20 euros more and spend an extra 30 mins or so going in the opposite direction to the beach (into Porto) from the airport to get the keys late at night and it wasn't great. Apart from that everything was great.
