+ easy keys pick up + super welcoming and responsive host to provide favourite restaurant recommendation + quiet location + big appartment with good working AC + well equipped kitchen with anything you need
- I would add mosquito nets to the rooms that you keep opened for the guests arrival (bathroom and bedroom) as we had plenty of mosquitos in the appartment (they are those easy 10EUR ones that you can glue yourself even- would be more than sufficient) - on top of mosquitos- plenty of spiders hidden around; open any shelf in the kitchen and there is massive spider waiting :D or the corridor from living room to bathroom- really well developed spider web that was there for months :D - 50 EUR cleaning fee is exaggerated I would say- with this amount of spiders- and some old guests clothes not even removed in the bathroom
