Our likes about the property started from the very beginning with the fantastic communication from the host. She met us out the front and walked us through the property and we were so pleased that it was such a lovely little home for our weekend away. It had every amenity you could think of that you would need And the host had insured that we had food, drinks, coffee and all the information to make our stay perfect.
We had the option to park in her underground car park or out the front of the property a very short walk down to the entrance doorway. The property is located in the heart of Punta Ala and an easy 5 minute walk down to the magnificent boat harbour, restaurants and shops.
We were able to wash clothes and the small kitchen was perfect for some home cooked meals.
Main grocery shops are about 20 minutes away but there is a small shop in Punta Ala, just a bit pricey. You will need a car.

L'appartamento era attrezzato con ogni necessità. Accessori nel bagno, cucina, prodotti da pulizia, non manca nulla compreso sdrai per la spiaggia e tavola d'onda. Letto molto comodo. 10 minuti da due spiagge belle e il porto turistico. Terazzo privato bello, verde curatissimo. Accoglienza davvero perfetto da parte dei proprietari.
Condominio molto grande un po umida, non ci sono supermercati vicini, un poco rumoroso a volte per diffetti di fabbricato ma nulla contro gli interni che erano curati e ben mantenuti.

This is the best equipped apartment we ever visited: it had everything we needed for cooking resting on the beach, or just leisure (it was cool to find board games!). The host - Claudia - is very hospitable, she helped us find the best locations for dinners and shopping. Good safe parking that fitted even our rather big car. The location is good too: near the marina, with a lot of cafes and shops. We also found a nice beach nearby (10 mins slow walk). Overall we were really happy with our stay and would definitely visit again!
