Property is clean and spacious. Cooker with 4 stoves, iron board, fridge, bathtub, big bed, fantastic aircon and even small fan to cool you down in the evening! Location is close to Patong Beach with brisk 15-20 min walk.

Staff were good and cooperative. Good location close to city.
TV was not available at room, but staff fixed it later.
AC was not cooling. After complaints, staff fixed it.
Portable Fan got spark and noise mid night. Staff removed it after complaint.
