There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bed.

The place
Communication is poor. When you call they never answer, you sent a WhatsApp text and they reply after a long time…
The place didn’t have champagne glasses

The safety and how it is centrally located
They could not give us the access code/pin to the building and we had to continuously ask the security guard to open for us, we had to also call for room number as it was not given, struggled to get hold of the responsible person, we struggled to locate the place as the address given was not accurate and correct.
