Free access to the cottage with your own remote for the gate. Tenants are free to come and go unhindered.
Great setup for a family of 4.
Well appointed house, good quality facilities, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. Good sized kitchen and lounge. It even had a coffee plunger. Dish washer and washing. Machine too! We arrived after dark but we were still able to get access to the property. Solar backup was also a great feature, thankfully it was never needed. DSTV to keep us entertained in the evenings. We will definitely stay again if we are back in Capetown.
Honestly can't think of anything ... Maybe it could do with A/C and dryer? We didn't need it in April though.

Rustig en plezierig , goed zwembad, alle privacy , iets betere pannen in de keuken was prettig geweest en er waren wat kleinigheden zoals kapot lampje afzuigkap , maar verder helemaal ok. Vriendelijke mensen, goede parkeermogelijkheid , veilig terrein , goede locatie

Spacious, comfortable beds, back up power, heater, fire place undercover parking, underfloor heating and plenty of hot water. Gas hob is great.
Kitchen lacked a colander, coffee plunge pot missing glass section, no replacement black bags for bin, grocery packing space limited, no welcoming tea, coffee, sugar and maybe 500ml of milk. Wooden spoons for cooking and a slightly bigger frying pan. Cooker hood needs replacing and main bedroom en suite toilet leaks on the out pipe.

Privacy and serenity
The pool was green and dirty for the whole stay. We were promised that it will be cleaned and sorted out. It was not done. There is an underground leak in the bathroom which requires a carpet to be placed on top to absorb water. The bathroom carpets were not vacuumed nor cleaned. We had to clean before occupancy. There were pets in the yard. The fridge is not working properly. The upper part doesn’t freeze well. The lower part over freezes.
